How Vaportite works
Vaportite creates a temporary hydrostatic barrier around drains, sewer covers and other openings in three straightforward steps.
1. Position
Place Vaportite over the drain, sewer cover or utility opening that requires temporary isolation.
2. Fill
Fill the Vaportite system with water. No specialized installation equipment is required.
3. Seal
As it fills, the flexible material conforms to the surrounding surface, creating a temporary hydrostatic seal that helps control vapor pathways.
