Vaportite creates a temporary hydrostatic barrier around drains, sewer covers, catch basins and other openings in three straightforward steps.
1. Position
Place Vaportite over the drain, sewer cover, catch basin, or other area requiring temporary containment.
2. Fill
Fill the Vaportite system with water. No specialized installation equipment is required.
3. Seal
As the system fills, the flexible material conforms to the surrounding surface, creating a temporary barrier that helps prevent spilled liquids from entering drainage systems or spreading beyond the affected area.
